CEPIS IT Professionalism Europe Awards Open for Nomination
CEPIS and its IT Professionalism Europe network are pleased to announce that the nominations for the IT Professionalism Europe Awards are now open.
These awards are an annual flagship event for IT Professionalism Europe, promoting excellence, professionalism, ethics and social impact within the European IT profession.
All members of CEPIS (the information professionals from KNVI also) and IT Professionalism Europe are invited to nominate candidates. Please note that it is the member organisations that nominate the candidates and that your members cannot not nominate themselves directly. You can of course, consult your members and ask them for potential candidates, but it is you, as a CEPIS or IT Professionalism Europe member organisation, who will put forward the nominations.
We encourage you to nominate candidates in the following categories:
• European IT Professional of the Year
• European Female Pioneer IT Professional of the Year
• European Young IT Professional of the Year
• European IT Professionalism Researcher of the year
There is no limit to the number of candidates an organisation can nominate.
The nominees must have made a significant contribution to the IT profession at European or international level and must demonstrate professional excellence, impact and ethical conduct. The inaugural awards ceremony will take place during the Skill[set] conference in Berlin on 3 December 2026.
The nomination deadline is 2 October 2026 >> IT Professionalism Europe Awards
