Modeling the Transitional Organization
Let’s imagine you want to start a company. You could buy a foosball table and a small bouncy castle and start hiring a bunch of recent university graduates. But this only works like 1 out of 10 times, probably even 1 out of 100 times. So, let’s try something else instead.
Build a transitional model of your future organization. Distill it into alogical model. Your organization structure will be an implementation ofthis model. Finally, the teams of your organization will produce datathat will be stored in a Data Vault also based on this model. So, yourwhole company would be not only model-driven, your company wouldbe the model. Sounds interesting?Find out how this can work in practice at the next Rotterdam Event with German data modeler Christian Kaul!
